About the Experience

The Beautilist Circle (powered by Genii FZC) hosts experiences that may include coaching-style conversation, guided meditation, sound, movement or reflection.

This is not medical treatment or therapy, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. If anything shared during the experience raises a personal decision for you, please check with a qualified professional before acting on it.

Every activity is optional. You can pause, sit out or step back at any time.

Age and Booking

You must be 18 or older to attend. By booking, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms, and you're taking part voluntarily.

If you book for someone else, please make sure they've read this too. Each attendee needs to accept these Terms for themselves.

Your Health and Participation

You're responsible for deciding whether the experience is suitable for you. If you have a health condition, allergy, injury or anything else we should know to help you take part safely, please tell us in advance at morgan@geniiandco.com.

Wellness and movement activities carry some ordinary risk, even when run with care. By taking part, you're accepting that risk for yourself and agreeing not to hold The Beautilist Circle responsible for injury or discomfort arising from it, except where that can't legally be limited.

Photography and Filming

Photography or filming may take place during the event, and you may appear in it. This content may be used on our website, social media and marketing.

If you'd rather not be photographed or filmed, let us know before the event at morgan@geniiandco.com, or tell our team when you arrive. We'll take reasonable steps to keep you out of anything published.

Cancellations and Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind, and non-attendance doesn't entitle you to a refund.

If you can no longer attend, you can request to transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing morgan@geniiandco.com at least 48 hours before the event.

If we need to cancel or make a significant change to the event, we'll offer you a transfer, credit or refund.

Conduct

Please treat facilitators, staff and other guests with respect. We may ask someone to leave if their behaviour puts others' safety, comfort or enjoyment at risk.
