This explains how cancellations, transfers and refunds work for The Beautilist Circle's tickets.

Change of Mind

Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind after booking.

If You Can't Attend

If you can no longer make it, you can request to transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing morgan@geniiandco.com at least 48 hours before the event. Simply not showing up doesn't entitle you to a refund.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time. If you're late, we may need to limit or adjust your participation to avoid disrupting the experience for others, and this doesn't come with a refund.

If We Cancel or Make a Major Change

If we need to cancel the event, or change it significantly, we'll offer you a transfer to another date, credit towards a future experience, or a full refund.

How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
